In her book titled “The Eight Human Talents," Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa provides numerous exercises from the Kundalini yoga discipline (which are sometimes a matter of debate).
Regardless, if you believe, one of those is Dog Breathing that, she says, old people believed it protects from viruses. There are sources on the Internet that it protects the immune system.
Following part is an excerpt from the book, translated from another language into which the English version had been translated. Therefore, it may vary or be wrong. Best option is to know it and Google it.

BREATHING LIKE A DOG
There is a breathing method that is called “Dog Breath” and that is extremely curative in Kundalini Yoga.
1. Sit by opening your mouth. Protrude your tongue as much as possible and pant fast just like a dog. Breathe in and out fast, incorporating the power of the diaphragm and belly button to the breath. When you breathe in, let the belly button stick out. When you breathe out, let it pull back.
2. Use your abdomen like a pump. One and a half minutes later, let the sound of your panting get down toward your laryngeal and come more from the throat.
3. Do this for about three minutes.
Impacts: This method of breathing helps your body and laryngeal chakra clean from toxins. If you feel tired, it ensures loading of oxygen into your belly. It is said that it helps with healing from diseases caused by viruses and with opening of the brain area for increasing intuitive power. It helps you clear out past lies and fears and directs you to tell the truth.
