First of all, please note that we are developing meditations not for the sole purpose of helping others. They are in no case oriented to everyone. We do not even assert they are good. They may even be harmful. With an insight coming from about 30-year experience and numerous practices, we just feel it good to be included here. It means, if you consider it worthless but feel you have to practice it just because it is a meditation suggested by a sort of expert, please do not attempt to do it. Meditations are many, for sure. A 30-second Mind Clearing Meditation
Some teachings advise us that there is always a space between emotions and even the most complicated minds can have it, and that space can be expanded through some techniques .
When difficult emotions or anger, or worries, future concerns, etc. from negative energies around you start storming into your mind, you can clear them with mind clearing techniques you will probably find everywhere on the Internet.
Calming the mind is very easy for us as those energies are not powerful in any case, but indeed disturbing and life-altering for many who are not aware of them.
Our technique would follow the following steps:
1- Find something you feel beautiful, preferably a living being, be it a rose or a butterfly.
2- Consciously examine its beauty, like your mind would normally do.
3- Imagine the energy its beauty creates come into your mind and beautifies all your emotions. Take on that energy in a fashion you consider your emotions and mind are filled with beauty enough. It is not necessary to see the Eiffel Tower or the Pyramids to experience a good romantic moment. It is everywhere for conscious eyes and mind. Include that beautiful thing into your life.
4- Send gratitude to it from your heart for just being beautiful.
You may want to return to the image of that beauty during the day when you are stressful.
