Why can swimming be good alternative if you are not into yoga but believe in the chakra system and energies?
Yoga essentially activates our chakras, the energy centers in our body, and sets them to work for us.
There are various kinds of yogas oriented to work with chakras for a better health.
Some might think yoga is an old fashioned thing, while some others might consider it something popular among the escapist people who avoid dealing with the ups and downs of life or mistakes.
Some might consider it non-scientific, yielding no benefit at all.
But most of us would come to terms when it comes to energy. We need it to continue life by eating, drinking, and keeping our body operating well.
This morning, when we were swimming with targeted exercises, we recognized that swimming may help us work out our chakras.
For example, some people doing yoga practice some movements like swimming in order to open their heart center.
Some others do some practices like we do in the water when swimming or deep-diving to expand their auras.
That is why we consider swimming a good alternative for someone not into yoga but believing in the chakra system and energies.
Keeping our body active is always good way and our shared passion, regardless of our beliefs.
